Fruit originating from China but more is produced in New Zealand, has the chemical name of Actinidia deliciosa. The fruit is in their home country known as the Chinese gooseberry has a distinctive shape, ie oval, with hairy skin and brown.

     - Maintain the condition of blood pressure and heart health
     - Maintain digestive health and vision systems, which usually decreases due to aging.
