Benefit Of Blueberries



Fruits that grow in summer in North America, grows wild like a bush, has a lot of properties contained in it. As for in Indonesia itself is still rarely encountered, but various processed products can be found in a variety of drinks and ice cream outlets.
Blueberries (Vaccinum corymbosum) contains potassium which is beneficial for:

He also contain the chemical element manganese which is an anti-inflammatory agents which indirectly will launch our bloodstream and increase the capacity of memory. As disclosed Jeremy Spencer of the Department of Department of Food Bioscience, UK, told the BBC: "Our research has shown that blueberries are very good for you and can increase the memory capacity".
Some other benefits of blueberries:

Apart from fruit, roots and leaves of blueberries was also the same magic. When processed into tea, blueberry tree roots can help reduce pain in childbirth and provide a relaxing effect. While the leaves, when boiled and drunk, it can be a tonic for the blood booster purify the body and relieve cough.
